I stayed at the hotel for two nights it was an incredible experience. I loved the place and the environment was very welcoming. I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had thanks to Maria at the reception. When I arrived, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. She was incredibly helpful with any questions that we had. Her calm and capable approach made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, and it makes a huge difference. Thank you !!! Keep up the great work!!

The nhow Rotterdam exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is ideal for getting around the city, and the hotel's ambiance flawlessly blends modernity with comfort. I especially enjoyed the common areas, which were always spotless and very photogenic. Breakfast was another highlight: varied, fresh, and delicious. I want to emphasize the excellent service from Raquel, who were always attentive to every detail and offered a warm and professional welcome. They made sure that every morning would begin with a smile.

The view! We had a great stay at this hotel. The room with a skyline view was exactly what we expected. Clean spaces and an amazing view that really made the stay special. The bathroom felt a bit sterile and showed some signs of wear, and the bed was on the harder side. However, the view more than made up for it. Definitely worth staying here for that experience alone.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. What made the stay truly special was the decoration in my room for our anniversary it was a beautiful and thoughtful surprise, with great attention to detail that made the occasion unforgettable. The service was also outstanding. All the staff were friendly and professional, but I would especially like to highlight Jennifer, who was incredibly kind, charming, and always ready to help with a smile. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

We went to this hotel to celebrate a bachelor party and had an amazing experience! The check-in process was very quick, and Rik at the reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The room with a view of the Erasmus Bridge was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more special. At the end of the evening, we went to the hotel bar, where Aleksandros and Thanos truly completed our night with their excellent service. The breakfast was also amazing: delicious, extensive, and with plenty of options. Mwale gave us such a warm and personal experience during breakfast, which made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with extremely friendly staff. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at nhow Rotterdam. The REM Suite was amazing, with stunning views over the city and the Erasmus Bridge. The hotel has a modern and unique design, and a very nice atmosphere overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the small surprise in the room for a special occasion, which made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality products, and the hammam facilities were a great relaxing bonus. Overall, a perfect stay for a special celebration. We would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel nHow. On arrival there was a large queue for check-in (arriving on Valentine’s Day definitely had an impact). Staff were apologetic for the wait and free prosecco was on offer! The room was fantastic, well equipped, good heating/cooling system. We chose not to have the room cleaned during our stay, which in return you get a free drink in the bar for each day you skip cleaning. Do note, the bar doesn’t open until 5pm on weekdays, so exchanging the voucher isn’t the easiest. Breakfast was brilliant, a wide selection of cold and hot items, and eggs or omelettes could be made to order. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian items, and as a vegetarian I was never short on anything to eat to set me up for the day. The staff working in the dining room were great, and the man working front of house as you arrived each morning was very chatty and curious about your trip to Rotterdam. The hotel is well located for exploring: metro and tram stations both 5 minutes walk from the hotel entrance; water taxi behind the hotel; walk across the Erasmus bridge to get the Waterbus to Dordrecht. Definitely a great base for a few nights in Rotterdam and surrounding area.
